1/2 to 1 tbsp of fresh ground ginger
2 tbsp of sesame oil
2 tbsp of coconut aminos (soy sauce replacement)
2 tbsp of date paste
2 tbsp of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Preparation:
- In a large skillet on high heat, sauté the garlic and ginger in the sesame oil until golden brown.
- Mix in the Brussels sprouts and cook for a couple of minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients cover and continue to cook until Brussels sprouts are tender .
